5 New TV Shows to Catch Up On

I did a post like this last season, and it's one of my favourite things to do; finding new TV shows to love. Here are 5 shows that I'm currently obsessed with.

1. A Discovery of Witches
I read the book on this a long time ago and didn't like it, in fact I really disliked the main characters but decided to give the series a go because often times, fantasy is better on TV for me. I am only two episodes in, but I'm definitely enjoying the show. It's got the thrill that I didn't get from the book.

2. Happy Together
I do love a corny romantic comedy. This one's funny and it's produced by Harry Styles. The main character is based very much on him and I love the kind of millennial comedy it's got. It's about a couple who hosts a major celebrity and how their lives change because of it

3. Hilda
Now this is the most adorable thing I have seen in a longest time. Hilda is an animated series about a young adventurer and the many different people and creatures she meets in the woods and in the town. The style of animation is so whimsical and beautiful, with a cozy colour scheme. I love the side characters too, especially the woodman.

4. God Friended Me
It's got that Person of Interest vibes but is supposed to be more of a family religious show. It's about an atheist podcaster who supposedly gets a friend request from God. So far, the storyline is very interesting and I am loving where its going, figuring out the mystery.

5. Pose
This might be my new favourite. It's about the ball culture in NY in the 1980's and has such great discussions on the LGBTQ+ community and inclusion. There is so much drama, fabulosity and such pizazz in the show. I need more of it.

I am always on the lookout for new TV shows to watch, so let me know if you find anything interesting.

Currently: November 2018

It's been a hot minute since my last post. The last two weeks, I was home because I was battling a small sickness and so I had loads of free time on my hands and watched way too many movies, TV shows, and YouTube videos. Not a lot of books read tho, but I am slowly catching up to speed. Here are a few things that's keeping me entertained this month.

Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries S1-S3 | I think it was Mannu on twitter who recommended this to me and she was right to say I would like it because I loved it. It had two things I love, murder mysteries and 1920's and Miss Fisher is now one of my favourite characters of all time. She's so brilliant and ahead of her time. I watched all 3 seasons of it in about a week and wanted more. Luckily, there is a movie in the works.

Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald | Can you believe I hadn't seen the actual Fantastic Beasts movie till just last week? For some reason I missed it when it first came out and forgot about it. I really loved the first movie, Newt is an absolute darling to watch. This second movie, I made sure to get tickets even when I was sick but it was not as good as the first. Too many storylines going on and not enough of Newt or cool beasts. I don't think I enjoy Grindelwald as much. The magic was still so wonderful and brought back the good old HP jolly.

Velvet S1 | This is also another surprise. I was watching another Spanish drama called Elite and was checking Netflix for other Spanish dramas and found the spinoff for this called Velvet Collection. It's based in the 1950's in a fashion house, what? Those are two things I obsess over so obviously I had to check it out. It's a bit long so I'm taking it slow and enjoying the drama quite a lot. They could show more fashion tho, haha.

A Study in Charlotte by Brittany Cavallaro | When I first heard about this book, I knew I would love it but not that I would love it so much I would stay up all night to read this. It was a classic murder mystery with a twist. The characters are modern day descents from the original Holmes and Watson so there's a lot of back story and interesting character arcs. I really just devoured this book. The mystery was also very clever.

When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi | Been hearing lots of good things about this book and I needed a non-fic so I picked this and I am enjoying it a lot. Paul is a gracious writer, he writes with a rawness that I hardly ever find in non-fics. I know this is going to be a tearjerker so I'm getting myself ready for the heartbreak.

Nikle Currant by Jassi Gill ft Neha Kakkar | The Kakkars have been cooking up a storm this year, bop after bop and this one's great too. I have been jamming to this all day long and cannot get enough of it.

Currently: October 2018

This month is kind of everywhere. I have been sick all month and I've been taking multiple breaks so I got a lot of watching done. I honestly watched all seasons of Brooklyn Nine Nine which I haven't even included haha. Apart from that, here are some things keeping me entertained.

Fall in Love With Me | I am seriously a trash for trashy Asian shows and this show is that too. It's absolutely dramatic and gives me major Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi vibes ahaha. It's about the advertising world which is such a nice surprise since I live for marketing.

Hilda S1 | What a whimsical and adorable series. I absolutely loved everything about it. Hilda is an animated series about a girl and her adventures with her friends, both human and otherwise. The animation is just gorgeous.

Venom | Somehow we accidentally got tickets to the premiere show of Venom and it was alright. I'm not much for action movies so I liked it OK. The highlight of that cinema experience was the lime popcorn which I clearly cannot shut up about.

Those Pricey Thakur Girls by Anuja Chauhan | This is out book club book for this month and I have just started it so I don't know much about it. The theme we chose was books by Indian authors. I keep hearing this is an Indian Pride and Prejudice, so we shall see.

Golden Son by Pierce Brown | I started this last month and finally got done with it. Was not a fan of Red Rising but I did like the world Brown built. Darrow is one of my least favourite protagonists so I didn't enjoy this that much either. The ending was quite good and a cliffhanger, haha.

Red by Taylor Swift | Can you believe it's been 6 years since this album has been out? It's to this day my favourite Tay Album, I absolutely love everything in it. So many great music that brings back a lot of great memories. I've been gong back to it and reminiscing about the good old times.

Green Tea, Honey and Lemon Face Mask

This year I have turned into an avid face-masker. I have four different types of masks including clay masks, peel off ones, sheet masks and my absolute favourite is the compressed mask sheets that I can use with anything.

A couple months ago, I discovered compressed face masks and ordered about 50 of them in bulk from Aliexpress (which is my guilty pleasure aahh), and then my friend also got me some on a trip abroad quoting that "you're the only one who uses this stuff" so more masks for me, yay!

I have tried several DIY concoctions with the mask because it's essentially just a compressed sheet that you dip in any cream or liquid and watch it become an instant sheet mask. The ones I have tried include toners, serums and googling what products go together to create a mask that helps decrease the puffiness and tiredness from my face. After a bunch of failed attempts and some mild successes, I finally found something that works for me and uses ingredients that I already have around, green tea, honey and lemon juice. The process is very simple.

You need the three main ingredients. Green tea (I'm using the loose leaf sachets that a friend gave) honey and lemon juice. You can use a fresh lemon and squeeze it, which works best but I had processed lemon juice so went with it.
First step is to steep some green tea. I poured half a pack worth of green tea leaves into half a cup of water, let it steep for 3 minutes.
After that, I strained off the leaves and added a spoonful of honey. You can add more but it makes the mask more sticky which I don't like.
Stir in the honey well and then add two spoonfuls of lemon juice. If you're using a fresh lemon, half a lemon would be great.
Stir everything together and let it cool. You can use it at room temperature or a bit cold. I like to keep it in the fridge for about half an hour, and apply it a bit cold because it reduces the puffiness. Now you're ready to see the magic happen. This is my favourite part. Just plop the compressed mask into the cup and watch as it gets bigger, voila.
Squeeze out a bit if there's too much liquid and put on your face for 10-15 minutes, you'll know when the mask is almost dry that it's time to take out. There should be enough for at least 2 more uses so I keep it in the fridge and use it every 2 days.

This is perfect to make on the weekend so you have it for use on weekdays when you really need some good me-time to watch half an episode or read a bit while you treat your face!

Currently: September 2018

For some reason, I have really not been able to watch or read much this month. I have been listening to a lot of music tho, mostly at work and on transport. Meanwhile, I have been a bit invested in some of these.

Meteor Garden | This is a Chinese remake of a Chinese remake of Boys Over Flowers which is undeniably one of the more well known Japanese manga's turned into a lot of Asian versions, most notably the Korean version. I absolutely enjoyed this version since I have loved Shen Yue ever since watching A Love So Beautiful and she was amazing as the main character Shancai. I also found another new favourite, Sun Qian who was pretty good as well. It's extremely dramatic and cheesy, which obviously is mindless entertainment, haha

Riverdale S2 | I started this series super excited because Cole Sprouse was coming back to TV and while he is a great Jughead, the series is becoming dawning. It's so unnecessarily dark and the characters we loved to read about are so different which I'm taking with a pinch of salt. The cinematography is quite stunning unlike super crazy saturated high school dramas. This season is so intense and I am just watching so I can get it over with, at this point.

Sierra Burgess is a Loser | Another movie I had mixed feelings for. I didn't enjoy a lot that happened but it was kind of a cutesy high school movie. If it was made in 70s, it would make so much more sense ugh.

Golden Son by Pierce Brown | Finally getting around to reading the second book in the Red Rising series (which I really disliked much to the dismay of my friends), but this time Darrow isn't as insufferable yet and I'm just getting into it so I don't have many feelings about it yet. I do like Brown's writing style and the way he describes things.

The Opposite of Loneliness by Marina Keegan | There was a lot of hype about this book so I was excite to read it. So far, it's going alright, I'm not much impressed by it but it does have a very soothing sense to it, the characters and the story so far. It is definitely right up my alley.

Chogada Tara from Loveratri | I am completely head over heels in love with this song, it's so beautiful. The zeal, the rhythm, the poetry to it. I want this to be played everywhere, including my wedding. It's so amazing.

August in a Nutshell

Last month was one of the craziest I have had all year. I had SO MUCH work. I'm talking like working from morning 10 to night 10 work for two weeks and then I had a much deserved vacation. It was definitely a roller coaster of a month.

Being in a book club has been a dream of mine and we are going strong which I really love. We meet up every month to discuss the book we are reading. I really enjoy it. On July we were reading The Hating Game which we aptly really hated so the meeting was quite full of emotion.

There were also so many banbuekyo baiy days (which are my favourite because I love it) that my mom so graciously made for us. She's the reason we are getting fatter by the day.

One of the bigger highlights of my month is that I finally caved in and purchased a bicycle. I've been meaning to do it for ages (and my parents finally gave up on telling me it will get lost). Meet Saoirse, named after the Irish actress that I adore. I did ride it once in Male' and freaked out so much but I'm definitely going to ride more.

I have been obsessed with nail art for a while and one of my friends came by and let me do her nails. This is one of my favourite nail art I've done and I even experimented with some rhinestones. Nail art is so therapeutic.

Ofcourse the most exciting thing to happen in August was the Eid trip to my island R.Rasgetheemu. We've been planning this for a year. My entire family and 13 friends went on this trip. It was so so much fun. We participated in all Eid festivities, held a kids festival, went on multiple picnic trips and basically had a blast. I shall write a whole blog post about the trip.

Work was hectic as usual and I had so many classes. I had a new batch of students who were extremely fun to teach to and we had a wonderful time.

Overall, what a nice month. I am excited for what September has to bring. How was your August?

Delectable treats with Sugar Rose Sweets

I'm a huge sweet tooth (much to the dismay of my wonderful dentist) and cannot resist a good sugary treat. Sugar Rose Sweets is a local baking business that kindly sent me these for a review.

The brownie piece was perfectly crunchy but moist at the same time, rich chocolate with drizzle on top, perfect with a cup of hot strawberry tea. I shared it with Hipster sis who liked it so much she came asking for seconds.

My favourite is definitely the cinnamon roll, it was delicious. Just the right amount cinnamon and the topping combined together to make a treat for the tummy. Needless to say, I had a great time eating them with a pot of tea, indulging myself after a tough day at work.

They also make amazing fondant and buttercream cakes. Here are some of my favourites. (all pictures taken from their facebook page)

You can find them on the links below. They respond very quickly and is very easy to communicate with.

Currently: April 2018

This seems to be the only blog posts I do these days. I have so many ideas but hardly any time to implement them, ugh. I haven't even been watching/reading things that much these days but here we go.

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt S3 | Kimmy is so full of life and she's so positive, I love it. But more than Kimmy, I watch this for Titus. This show keeps me laughing till the end of each episode because it's both so whimsical and so full of interesting things.

The Prophet Movie | Ever since I read this book I have been obsessed with it and once I watched the trailer, I knew I had to watch this movie and it did not disappoint at all. It truly did the book justice while still telling a beautiful story. The animations were so mesmerizing and wonderful.

Wonder | This again, is another all time favourite book of mine and I LOVED the movie so much. I was crying so hard because Jacob Trembley delivered August beyond my expectations. This boy is so talented. It also stays extremely true to the book and is such a treat to watch.

The Geography of Bliss by Eric Weiner | We are reading this for the book club and I am so far loving this book. I love happiness and research about it always fascinates me. This book is written so well it reads like fiction and is an absolute pleasure to read. I cannot wait to finish this and discuss it.

Lady Midnight by Cassandra Clare | I haven't read the shadowhunter series but picked this up hoping to get a bit into it and so far, it's going alright. Perhaps I should have dived into shadowhunters before I started this, hmm.

Bom Diggy by Zack Knight ft Jasmine Walia | I AM OBSESSED with this song. It's so catchy and I've been watching way too many dance videos of people doing this song and I myself love to dance to this. It's kind of crazy hahaha

So, that's pretty much all that I've been watching/reading but mostly I've been bombarded with classes and work I haven't truly had time to be entertained. Sigh

Currently: March 2018

This month is not very high on entertainment, I've mostly been either sleeping or working, there is no in between, sigh. But in the meanwhile, the little breaks I get I try to read a bit or watch a couple episodes and the amount of things I need to catch up on just keeps piling up.

Best Lover | I sw a netflix preview for this and the storyline just screamed at me. Yes, I'm a junkie for shows where people enter into fake marriages (how IS THIS EVEN A THING?) and later fall in love. I've been binging it for about two days now and I can't get enough of the two main characters. The story is also multi layered and definitely keeps getting better with each episode.

The Joel McHale Show with Joel McHale | What a mouthful. I absolutely love Joel since his Jeff in community days. He makes fun of popular TV shows on this show and it's just my weekly dose of pop culture with some added quips. Joel is just great.

Everything Sucks | You can see I've been Netflix binging for a while now haha. This show was another cute 90s nostalgia show with a bit of a coming of age story. The characters are so lovable and the amount of growth you see throughout the show is phenomenal. Plus, ah the music, takes me back to my childhood.

Folk Tales of the Maldives by Xavier Romero-Frias | This was a casual read pick for this month for my book club and as someone from Maldives, I do need to brush up on my folklore, we seem to have a very rich (maybe not so diverse) folk history. So far, I'm only about a couple pages in.

The Sleep Walker's Guide to Dancing by Mira Jacob | Yes, I am still reading this. It's not that it's hard to read but the subject matter is a bit difficult to gulp down in one setting. I am very determined to finish this book tho. It's about a second gen Indian family living in Seattle and their hardships and family woes, along with some trauma and illnesses.

Welcome to Nightvale | I very recently started listening to this masterpiece of a show and now I want Cecil to narrate my entire life. This show is so nonsensical and random and so full of whimsy. I love all the characters and the things that happen in this town. Whenever I'm journalling or folding laundry or just generally doing chores, I'll put this on and Cecil's smooth voice will make everything so much more interesting.

February Favs

I've been meaning to do this post for a while but I honestly couldn't decide on just 10 things and after pondering for days on end, I managed to reduce the list to these things (kind of funny how I miscounted and only included 9 things, oh well). February was my birthday month and my family and friends spoiled me to no end which is still so overwhelmingly great I cannot fully comprehend it.

1. Fjallraven Kanken bag | I've been loving Kankens since I first stumbled upon it on tumblr about a year or so ago and oh my gosh it's so nice. I'm a multiple bag kinda girl but I carried only this straight for about two weeks and that should tell you how much I love it. The only downside is that the colour is very pale (and super pretty) so i gets dirty in this humid country super quick, sigh.

2.  Instax Mini | okay I didn't know I was into pale blue but it's such a beautiful calming colour. My super wonderful friends got me this because again, I've been wanting one for the longest time. I'm still very new to it and haven't used it much.

3. Flormar highlighting primer | I love a little glow from the underneath and this does just that. You can wear it on top of make up as well which gives you the nicest highlight. It's cream based which I love because I can blend it with my blush to create a natural shimmer.

4. Flormar make-up fix spray | This has become my new favourite. The last year I've gotten so much into make-up that now I go full out on a daily basis and this spray keeps everything in place. It does have a rather weird taste but I think I've gotten used to it too.

5. Flormar Silk Matte liquid lipstick | I don't generally like liquid lipsticks because they dry out my lips so much but this one is so light it doesn't even feel like I'm wearing liquid lipstick. Plus, this colour is such a nice peachy nude, it is perfect for everyday wear.

6. Clear Lipstick with Flower | Yes, I am quite late to the trend. This was blowing up over Instagram last year and I finally managed to get my hands on one of these and I actually really love it but I'm almost at the flower now because I've used it up so much and it hurts haha. I guess this is only for show and not really to be used. Ah

7. Solinotes Rose Roller perfume | I LOVE ROSE SCENTED THINGS (not actual roses tho, ugh). This one smells just so sweet and it's the right size to be put in your purse for on the go.

8. HP Sprocket | This is another item on my wishlist and I've wanted to get it for myself but my friend got it for me. It's such a nifty little photo printer that is just a necessary if you journal. The quality is pretty decent and it connects right to my iPhone and prints super easily.

9. Dr Who 11th's Sonic Screwdriver | Eventho Nine is my fav, this screwdriver has got to be my fav from all the doctors' screwdrivers. It's so fancy schamancy. It even makes the sonic sound which is just so darn adorable.

So those are some exciting thing I've been loving last month.

2017 in books!

I've had a fairly average reading year. If you look at my Goodreads, my reading has been going down year after year so this year I'm really trying to spend more time reading. Last year, I managed to read a whole of 20 books (from a goal of 52!) and I did enjoy quite a lot of the books I read. I also DNF-ed a couple books which is a good thing for me because I used to be that person who could not leave a book unread.

Here are some of my favourite books that I read in 2017, in no particular order.
Image result for animal farm cover
Animal Farm by George Orwell
I did watch the movie sometime ago and enjoyed it, and the book definitely added to that. What a wonderfuly written book ad what an insightfula nd thought provoking message it was  giving. I did not enoy 1984's prose but this book was definitely easier to read and I enjoyed it much more.
Image result for the princess saves herself in this one cover
The Princess Saves Herself in This One by Amanda Lovelace
I really love poetry and especially this kind, the one that doesn't necessarily rhyme. I know a lot of people really dislike it but this book was so beautifula nd I could realte to so many of the poems, it was so very overwhelmingly good.
Image result for the giving tree book cover
The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein
What a short but a heauntingly beautiful book with a very deep, prfound message. I really enjoyed this book and it kept me wondering for days about the message of the book. I think everyone should read this book at least once in their lifetime.
Image result for the girl with the dragon tattoo book cover
The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo by Steig Larsson
I cannot believe I haven't read this series yet because I really love thrillers like this and I cannot wait to see the movie of this one. I immensely enjoyed the book, it's twists and turns and the writing.
Image result for sofia khan is not obliged cover
Sofia Khan is Not Obliged by Ayesha Malik
Can I just say I am LOVING that muslim fiction and South Asian fiction is having a moment on mainstream bookish stuff and I am here for all of it. This book was a bit cheesy but I enjoyed it a lot. The writing can be a bit flowery sometimes but overall, it was a nice, quick read and I LOVED seeing a hijabi main character.
Image result for milk and honey cover
Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur
Another poetry book. I really love Kaur's words, she is able to just convey everything through her words. I also adore her artworks and I already have her new book and I'm hopefully gonna get into it this year.
Image result for everything everything cover
Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon
I liked this book as well. It was nice, and a very quick read. I enjoyed it for what it was. I don't really remember much of it which sounds crazy haha, again, waiting to see the movie soon.
Image result for the lowland cover
The Lowland by Jhumpa Lahiri
This is one of the best books I've read. It is so beautifully written and it's extremely detailed into the lives of the characters and the setting in 60's India is just perfect. I enjoyed this book so veyr much. I've added everything Lahiri has written into by TBR because this book had that amazing quality that ust draws you in.
Image result for nineteen minutes cover
Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult
This is another heavy book but Picoult has written so well about it. I enjoyed reading the eprspective it was written in and even sympathized with the characters. It doen't necessarily end on a good ntoe but overall, the reading experince was quite marvelous.
Image result for tuesdays with morrie cover
Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom
I really liked Albom's books and this is his most critically acclaimed work so I had to get into it and I did enjoy it for what it was. It's one of the few non-fics I have read last year and I do like sappy life books so it was nice.

While I'm at it, I'll also post some books I did not enjoy as much as I hoped I would.
Image result for the astronaut wives club cover
The Astronaut Wives Club by Lily Koppel
I started it in 2015 and sort of forgot about it ebcause it was foscing too much on things that doesnt really matter when they were in the midst of the space travel but I did manage to finish it this year and while I am greteful to know more about the golen space years and the women behind the scenes at home, it doesn't necessarily give me any more about them and it was written very superficically.
Image result for ender's game cover
Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card
Apparantly this book is very well known and I had no idea. I did enjoy the premise of the book but I could not relate to any character and writing seemed so very preach-e and some of the ideas in in were so backward. I definitely did not enjoy some parts of the book.

What were the books you enjoyed reading last year?

2017 Highlights

2017 was definitely my best year so far. So much happened and I am so very grateful for all the good and the bad. It was a year of laughter and learning and I managed to do so much within the space of a year and grow (hopefully into a better person). Above are some highlights of my year. The best parts were the ones spent in good company and the ones where there were lots of laughter.
The year started with quite possibly the largest trip I've ever taken, with 17 people to Thulusdhoo. There were lots of stuff going on haha.
We also participated in this scavenger hunt which was really fun, eventho we didn't win. We were The Red Five.
My friends threw me a pre-birthday party which was Stranger Things themed and they even made a video. It was so overwhelmingly amazing. I mean look at that card! Here is the video.
My birthday trip was one of my favourite trips on 2017. There were just a few friends and we had the best time at Huraa.
The trip to Himmafushi with family is always a highlight because I freaking love that island, and my aunt makes the best food.
I also filmed a lots of reviews and read a couple book. I'll be doing a bookish year in review soon. I also successfully finished #Booktubeathon which was great.
We all stayed over at Starshell and it was pretty great. We had the best food and went moodh-ing and played gandu fillaa.
We celebrated a lot of birthdays. A LOT. There were so much cake and laughter, I loved every single one of them.
Velidhoo trip was another favourite. So many moodhu days, I really love moodhu and that's where I rejuvenate.
We also had lots of food outings and lunches and generally I feel like 2017 was spend mostly eating, which is always great.
I also had my very own show on an actual TV network which is freaking amazing. I got to talk about books over at IceTV on Between The Lines and that was just so awesome.
Eid trip this year was to Ihavandhoo and we had a nice time watching Eid celebrations and moodh-ing as usual.
On the way and back from Ihavandhoo, we went over to Kulhudhuffushi, which was so very beautiful. We met up with friends from there.
For the Fitr Eid, we went back to Bodufolhudhoo which was another really wonderful trip filled with too much Werewolf games and Iava baazee.
And ofcourse no Bodufolhudhoo trip would be complete without a trip to Mathiveri finolhu which is honestly one of the best places in Maldives! The beach is just beauty.
I also won a trip to Summer Island and took my sisters for a day which turned out to be pretty nice. It was a very chill weekend.
We celebrated Mens Day with all the guys and gave them succulents, haha.
I turned my guest room into an airbnb and we hosted a number of people which was so great. Got to find so many friends from around the world.
I spent a lot of time working on my bullet journal and creativity and crafting, all of which were nice unwinding time.
We went and supported our girls playing Twitsal! What a blast.
DYM turned 5 years! I can't believe it's been that long to our little baby and it seems like it was only yesterday.
I wrote a lot of letters. I was going to write 365 of them but only managed to write 131. Humadh helped me by leaving a couple of them in India!
I also got a MASTER'S DEGREE. Sometimes I still can't believe it because it all sounds like someone else's life. It was so much hard work but I'm here and it's just so great. As always, my family has been there with me all the way.
And ofcourse, my friends are the best, they threw me me own graduation party! Cpomplete with Munshi (whom I adore so much!) as a guest of honour and it was so heartwarming I still cannot believe I am so lucky.
We ended the year with a blast. a BBQ, lots of good food and quality time with the best of friends.

It was also a year of sadness in a way because I lost two people that meant very much to me. The murder of Yaamyn is still fresh in our minds and it doesn't make sense, still. It keeps me up at nights and keeps me wondering who is next, is it me? you?

I also lost my Thitha, who was like a second mother to me, but I like to think that she's in a better place now. May the losses teach us valuable life lessons and loving.
and it was a year filled with more love than I know what to do with. What a year it has been.
I hope you guys had a good year too, and may 2018 be kind to us all.
